By using Dual 88 Infinity, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Dual 88 Infinity is a subscription-based fitness platform providing science-based training programs, guided workouts, and progress tracking. PRO membership unlocks full access to all programs and features.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • PRO membership costs $24.99 per month, billed through Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.
  • You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • If you cancel, you retain PRO access until the end of your paid period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute PRO content.

5. Fitness Disclaimer

Dual 88 Infinity provides educational fitness information. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. You assume all risk of injury from any exercise performed using this platform. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

6. Intellectual Property

All program content, exercise prescriptions, images, and platform code are owned by Dual 88 Infinity. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed. If you have an active subscription, it will be canceled.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dual 88 Infinity is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
